He stands guilty of swindling nearly three-quarters of a million dollars ($767,000) in Veteran's Administration (VA) disability payments under false pretenses - namely, fabricating total paralysis.

According to documents obtained by Military Times, jurors delivered their decision following deliberations, convicting Rich on all six counts brought forth; specifically, five instances of wire fraud alongside single-count accusations of pilferage involving federal assets.
