Former Uvalde School Police Chief Gets Indicted

"When the school shooting occurred in Uvalde, Texas, many of us watched in horror and wondered why the shooting continued for so long. We questioned why nothing was being done and why the police officers remained outside.

Now, the former Uvalide school police chief has had to face the music. Pete Arredondo has been charged with 10 counts of “abandoning and endangering” the children at Robb Elementary.

Adrian Gonzales, a former Ulvalude school police office, was also charged. He, with 19 indictments, one for each child who was killed.
