MA Faces Fiscal Time Bomb as Illegal Immigrant Crisis Spirals Out of Control

The esteemed think tank, the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), recently dropped a scathing report detailing how the ongoing influx of illegals into the Bay State would leave local taxpayers reeling to foot a staggering bill totaling nearly TWO BILLION dollars within just two short years!

Jessica Vaughan, Director of Policy Studies at CIS, aptly put things into perspective when stating: "The cost to Massachusetts taxpayers of temporary housing and shelters is enormous, but it pales in comparison to the costs that will accumulate in the future if those in the temporary shelters today remain in the Commonwealth for the long term."

And what exactly does Ms. Vaughn mean? Well, aside from footing the astronomical tab for makeshift accommodations and emergency assistance programs, we're talking about shouldering the burden of providing costly social services, including healthcare, education, law enforcement resources – you name it!
